Ann and Kyle are experienced Montana Realtors and members of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service covering Lincoln and Flathead Counties. We are an equal opportunity business in Eureka Montana.

Ann graduated from MSU in the field of Criminal Justice and went on to receive an advanced degree in Social Work. She worked in related fields for 8 years and in 1974 became a Michigan Realtor with her brother. Ann was very active in her Board of Realtors in the area of Education and Professional Standards.

Ann and her husband, Bob, currently have a small ranch in northwest Montana where they enjoy hiking, fishing, wildlife, horseback riding, entertaining their family and friends and occasional travel. Ann is a 4-H leader and an avid gardener. She enjoys the arts and loves to play bridge.

As a Montana Realtor, Ann loves working with clients and customers to find their dream property. She also enjoys helping you learn the area and its many wonders. Ann treasures being able to work with her son and fellow Montana Realtor, Kyle Baughan, who shares the same goals and ethic for their family business.

Kyle has been a sales professional for over a decade. He attended college at Lasing Community College, MSU and USF in Tampa. Together with his wife Melanie, who is an RN, they are very involved in the greater Eureka Community.

Kyle is active in the mentorship program, the Can-Am Search & Rescue team, Cub Scouts, a volunteer track coach at Eureka High School, on the planning committee for the Eureka Children's Theater and on the board of FOS. He enjoys rock climbing, hiking, cross country skiing, fly fishing and is a movie buff.

As a Montana Realtor, Kyle especially enjoys the interaction with his customers and clients. He relishes the "search" for that special property and is noted for his follow through on any and all issues. Working as a partner with his mother and Montana Realtor, Ann Good, has been both rewarding and educational. Kyle refelects, "You're privileged when you work with someone you care about greatly and share the same goals."
