From that day onwards knowing you, eased our quest for retirement property, in the Eureka area. You knew from the onset that we weren't in a rush to find property. Your friendly, professional approach and excellent communications, over the months, made the purchase of our retirement property on Gray Wolfe trail, from developer barry Gray, a very easy process. When Ed and I traveled to Eureka to follow my family roots, we did not anticipate buying property. However, the place I had been visiting from age of two, beckoned in a new way. Since we live in Portland, Oregon, there were some natural challenges in considering property in Eureka. Fortunately, the process was greatly simplified when someone in the community guided us to Kyle. From the first contact, Kyle was truly interested in what we wanted in a piece of property, listened carefully, and was fully prepared to show us land that fell within the parameters we had discussed. The distance between Eureka and Portland was absolutely not an issue when dealing with Kyle. He kept us fully informed, was very accessible to deal with our questions, available to meet with us when we were in Eureka, and facilitated a smooth, reliable process.
